This custom design keeps the dock within the standard 6.25" radio stack width and just 8" tall — using a side-mounted latching wheel that locks the unit in place without adding bulk or visual clutter. To ensure seamless installation, the dock includes integrated cable keyholes to hold connections in place and prevent them from slipping behind the panel. Simply rest the GPS on the dock, connect the necessary cables, snap it in, and engage the latch — it’s that easy. As with all Airgizmo Panel Dock products, this version for the GPSMAP 696 allows for a solid panel-mounted installation while still offering the flexibility to remove the device quickly when needed.
